1. About these terms
1.1 These Website Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Magic Mango Group website at magicmangogroup.com (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Website.
1.2 These Terms are provided by Magic Mango Group ("Magic Mango", "we", "us", "our"), a group of companies with operations in Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at info@magicmangogroup.com.
1.3 We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. Use of the Website
2.1 You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
2.1.1 use the Website in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
2.1.2 transmit, send or upload any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material;
2.1.3 attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, the server on which the Website is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Website;
2.1.4 introduce, transmit or upload any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
2.1.5 use any automated device, script, bot, spider or crawler to scrape, crawl or extract content from the Website without our prior written consent;
2.1.6 reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of the Website in contravention of these Terms; or
2.1.7 misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, or impersonate Magic Mango Group.
2.2 We reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access to the Website at any time if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice and without liability to you.
3. Intellectual property
3.1 The Website and all content on it, including without limitation text, graphics, logos, images, icons, software, audio clips, design and page layout, are owned by or licensed to Magic Mango Group and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 All intellectual property rights in the Website and its content are reserved by Magic Mango Group. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any part of the Website in any form or by any means without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by Clause 3.3.
3.3 You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your own internal, non-commercial business reference, provided that:
3.3.1 you do not modify the content in any way;
3.3.2 you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices on any copies; and
3.3.3 you do not use any such content in a manner that is misleading or that could damage our reputation.
3.4 "Magic Mango", the Magic Mango logo and all related product and service names are trade marks or registered trade marks of Magic Mango Group. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written consent.
3.5 Client names, logos and trade marks appearing on the Website belong to those clients. They appear to identify work we have made, and do not suggest that those companies endorse anything on the Website.
4. Information on the Website
4.1 The content on the Website is provided for general information purposes only. While we take reasonable care to ensure that information is accurate and up to date, we do not give any warranty, express or implied, as to its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, suitability or reliability for any purpose.
4.2 Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, technical or other professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before taking any action in reliance on anything you find on the Website.
4.3 We may update or change the content on the Website at any time without notice. We are under no obligation to update or keep the Website current.

7. Limitation of liability
7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Mango excludes all liability, whether in contract, tort or delict including negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Website, including without limitation:
7.1.1 any loss of income, revenue, profit or anticipated savings;
7.1.2 any loss of business, contracts or business opportunity;
7.1.3 any loss of or damage to data or information;
7.1.4 any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
7.1.5 any indirect, special or consequential loss of any kind.
7.2 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
7.2.1 death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
7.2.2 fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
7.2.3 any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7.3 The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9.1 We do not guarantee that the Website will be available at all times or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict availability of all or any part of the Website at any time for business or operational reasons without prior notice and without liability.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
10.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
10.2 The courts of Sri Lanka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, save that Magic Mango Group reserves the right to apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive or other emergency relief.
